2025년 3월 20일 자카르타한국국제학교(JIKS, 교장 이선아)는 르바란 명절을 맞아 학교를 위해 힘써주는 현지직원들에게 감사를 표하며 명절선물 세트를 전달하습니다

2025년 3월, 새 학기의 시작으로 JIKS에서 입학식과 개학식이 진행되었습니다. 2025학년도 1학년 신입생은 총 18명(남 8명, 여 10명)이 올해 입학하게 되었습니다. 1학년 어린이들의 첫 학교생을 다 같이 응원해 주세요.  

□ 2025년 1월 10일 (금), 자카르타한국국제학교(JIKS, 교장 이선아)는 나래 홀에서 학부모와 주인도네시아대사관 총영사(강원준), 재단 이사장(김경국), 교민단체 기관장 등의 내빈들을 모시고 6학년 48명의 제46회 졸업식을 가졌다. ○ 1부에서는 재학생들과 졸업생들의 졸업 축하 오케스트라 및 댄스 공연, 졸업 축하 영상 등 초등과정의 마지막 하루를 즐거운 축제 분위기로 장식했다. ○ 2부에서는 학교장이 졸업생 모두에게 졸업장과 상장을 수여하며 축하하였으며, 참석한 기관장 및 내빈들도 상장과 축하의 인사말을 전하였다. ○ 학교장은 자랑스러운 JIKS인 임을 잊지 말고 꿈을 향해 한 발 한 발 성장하기를 바란다는 인사말을 전했다. 재학생 대표 5학년 이은서 학생은 후배를 아끼고 보살폈던 선배들을 본받아 6학년이 되어 후배들을 돌보겠다는 송사를 하였으며, 졸업생 대표 6학년 장연우 학생은 떠나는 아쉬움을 뒤로하고 즐거운 마음으로 새로운 시작을 다짐하는 답사를 하였다. ○ 새 출발을 앞둔 졸업생들은 졸업장과 축하 꽃다발을 든 채 기쁨과 설렘으로 기념 촬영을 하는 시간을 가졌다.  

This month, the Jakarta Indonesia Korean School proudly presents Language Arts Project Month, celebrating creativity and learning from Grades 1 to 6. The school corridors come alive with an impressive display of the children's work, featuring diverse projects such as illustrated stories, creative writing pieces, videos, and collaborative class presentations. These exhibits showcase the students' talents, their understanding of language arts, and their ability to express ideas through words and visuals. Language Arts Project Month not only highlights the importance of language in education but also fosters a sense of pride and accomplishment among the students as their hard work is shared and celebrated by the entire school community. Well done, everyone. 

Spelling Bee winners received their prizes, certificates and a congratulations from Principal Lee yesterday.Class leaders also accepted the accolades on behalf of their classmates for winning the class competitions. Good job to all the students for their participation and showing just how much work they put into preparation for the spelling bee this year.  

This year’s badminton competition was a great success! Congratulations to all the winners, runners-up, and participants who practiced all year to compete at their highest level! On January 2nd, grade 4-6 students competed in the preliminary rounds in single-set matches. The back-and-forth volleys were intense throughout,and students gave their all on the court in an attempt to advance to the final round on January 3rd. Students showed their determination by playing hard until the very end in competative 3 set matches. Whether they won or lost, they embraced the spirit of JIKS and had fun!
