The Jakarta Indonesian Korean School (JIKS) recently hosted its much-anticipated annual Sports Day, and this year's festivities took on a magical twist with a Harry Potter theme. The school grounds were ablaze with the vibrant colors of Ravenclaw in blue, Slytherin in green, and Gryffindor in red as students geared up for a day of friendly competition.

The main tournament featured students in Grades 3-6 engaging in intense battles of soccer, basketball, and dodgeball. Meanwhile, the younger grades, 1-2, had their own spirited games in the gymnasium. The younger wizards and witches participated in bean bag toss, racing games, and an obstacle course where they skillfully popped balloons and crawled under a net.

Adding a touch of enchantment to the day, a mesmerizing dance show by Grade 6 students captivated the audience during the halftime break. The energy soared as the relay races kicked off, starting with an uproarious parents' relay race that brought laughter and cheer to the spectators. Slytherin emerged as the overall winner, showcasing their prowess in the relay race that brought together students from Grades 1-6 in an exhilarating display of teamwork and sportsmanship.
